Level 1
Do you have a taste for a career in catering? Then this is the perfect foundation for you. Our expert trainers will help you develop skills in preparing, cooking and serving food through real life experience.
Level 2
If you already have experience in a professional kitchen, but have your sights set on gaining your stripes in Chef whites, Level 2 is a must. You will be trained by experts and gain real experience by preparing, cooking and serving food in some of Northern Ireland’s best restaurants to paying customers.
Level 3
Now its really time to turn up the heat on your career. Your expert tutor will arrange a work placement in a real production kitchen or public restaurant where you will gain valuable experience, take responsibility of staffing and delegation of roles.
